Le P'tit Laurent's head chef is Eliseo Soto Dimos. Eliseo worked and trained at Fringale in San Francisco before taking the position as head chef to open Plouf, where he worked for 5 years. His mastery of French cuisine has earned him starring roles in such world-class restaurants as Farallon, Rubicon, Metro Cafe, and Bistro Clement.

Here at Le P'tit Laurent, Eliseo has earned accolades for his unique twist on classic country-style French, and impressive creations that keep the menu fresh - and the patrons coming back for more.
